5. QuickBooks Online

Certain KAM Services may integrate with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's supported authorization process. When a customer authorizes such a connection, KAM may access and process QuickBooks information reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality. KAM does not sell customer QuickBooks data. QuickBooks data is not used by KAM to train KAM artificial intelligence models. Disconnecting an integration may stop future synchronization or access without automatically removing historical information previously incorporated into KAM records. Where available, deletion of previously imported information may be requested or performed separately.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technology

Certain Services may use artificial intelligence, automation, or analytical technology to assist with analysis, organization, reporting, forecasting, or business insights. Customer information processed through these features is used to provide the applicable functionality and Services. KAM does not use customer QuickBooks data to train KAM artificial intelligence models. AI-assisted information is intended to support business decision-making and does not replace professional judgment or legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice where such advice is required.

7. SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from KAM, we may send SMS or other text communications related to your inquiries, appointments, services, account activity, client communications, or other communications you have requested or authorized. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact KAM using the information below. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from KAM. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only as necessary to facilitate communications or provide the Services requested by you.

KAM does not sell personal information or customer QuickBooks data.
